If you live in the UK and get your order to us before 3pm on a weekday we can have your watch to you the next business day. All you need to do is choose the “Next Day Delivery” option when checking out, there is a fee to pay though for this premium service. We can also send a watch to you for a Saturday delivery which costs a bit more.
If you choose to have your watch delivered by our standard free of charge service delivery will normally take between one to three working days.
Standard Royal Mail Recorded delivery on all purchases is free of charge in the UK.
Premium levels of delivery service such as Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery cost an extra fee. Next Day Delivery costs £2.50 per watch. “Saturday Delivery” costs £5.00 per watch.

When should I expect to receive a delivery?back to top
Royal Mail postmen normally deliver in the mornings so you should expect delivery before 1pm between Monday and Saturday. During busy times of the year, like the run up to Christmas, the Royal Mail are experimenting with late deliveries to deal with a workload so in some case you may get a delivery in the evening.
If you have chosen Next Day Delivery and placed your order before 3pm on a working day you should expect delivery on the following working day before 1pm.
If you have chosen Saturday Delivery you should expect delivery on a Saturday before 1pm.
Yes. Your purchase is valuable to us so we have to make sure you get it safely which means we need a signature.
It is up to your local postman to decide whether or not to use someone other than you to sign for the package. This scenario is most often seen if we are delivering to a work address where parcels are signed for at reception.
What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?back to top
Your postman should leave a calling card to say that they tried to deliver. There will be instructions on it to tell you what to do. In brief you can either go to the local sorting office and pick the parcel up or you can rearrange delivery using the Royal Mail’s website.
If you get a calling card saying that you were not in we recommend that you act quickly as the parcel will be returned to sender after a week.
How do I know when you’ve sent me a watch?back to top
We’ll send you an email to inform you that your order has been updated to “Shipped” status. The date this email is sent is the date that the parcel is handed over to the Royal Mail who will then deliver as fast as they can.
Some email clients put our emails into your junk folder, we always therefore recommend you check this folder as well as your inbox. If an order has been received by us before 3pm on a working day the chances are that you’ll receive it the following working day.

If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped and do not receive your watch within five working days of this email please contact us. We’ll track the parcel down for you and let you know what we can do to help.

Yup, we can send watches to BFPO addresses. Our parcels get delivered to the BFPO within 24 hours. Depending on where you are stationed will determine how long delivery takes.
Because BFPO addresses are basically UK addresses VAT cannot be discounted at the time of placing an order. If you are entitled to a VAT free sale please email us after placing an order and we will make sure to refund the VAT if applicable.
