I don not much like my watch very much!
Not to worry, we will accept any watch back within a 14 day cooling off period. For information on how to send a watch back to us please print off this Returns Form and follow the instructions carefully making sure to sign that you understand the terms and conditions.
What happens if you have forgotten to get the watch back to us within 14 days? No problem, we will still take the watch back but we will only offer an exchange or a credit note. The only exception to this rule is Christmas, when we are sure you will be having too much fun to be contacting us until January. In which case we have been kind enough to give you the first working week in the New Year to inform, and get the watch back to us.
You are responsible for getting your watch back to us in perfect condition. ZG Watches accept no responsibility for goods being returned to us until they have actually arrived on our premises. We also take no responsibility for postage costs associated with returning an unwanted watch. As such we recommend that you use an insured service requiring a proof of delivery signature and package the watch well to avoid transport damage
We will inspect your returned watch very carefully. We must be 100% confident that the watch is resalable. Here are some of the following reasons for refusal of return
- If there any signs of prolonged use (dirt / excessive sweat build up)
- Strap has been adjusted
- Aesthetic damage such as scratches or scuff marks
- Items are missing from the return like tags, manuals, boxes etc.
If we feel that the watch you have returned is not in its original condition we will send your watch back to you.
Finally, watches that are sent back for a full refund for no other reason than aesthetic will incur a charge of £5.00 to cover administrative costs involved with processing the original order and return. This charge is waived should you request an exchange. Any additional postage charges paid for the original order are non-refundable.

The delivery guy has battered my watch!!!
Royal Mail are pretty good, but even they can get it wrong. If the packaging is damaged when you sign for it, please state so to the postman. If it is damaged to the extent that the watch has been broken then we need you to contact us. Please ring us on 0151 2271614. For information on how to send the watch back to us please print off this Returns Form and follow the instructions carefully making sure to sign that you understand the terms and conditions.
Because it is not your fault the watch is damaged, we will take responsibility for postage. We advise that when you send your watch back that you include your receipt of payment so that we can refund any costs incurred.
Remember, Royal Mail is offering a service not only to you, but also to us. If it looks like they are responsible for the damage, we would appreciate it if you could enclose a letter of complaint concerning the state of the parcel. We will then be able to claim against the insurance. Thank you!
WEEE Returns
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Regulations are now U.K. law and this basically means that distributers (us) of electronical goods (like wristwatches) are responsible for disposing of said goods. That means you can send your old unwanted watches back to us though there are conditions.
First of all you can only send WEEE back to us if you have puchased EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) from us, or in English, buy a watch from us and you can send us an old watch back. If you do send us WEEE back than you need to do this within 30 days of receiving you new EEE. We can refund you the cost of postage (within reason) if you comply with these conditions. There are no additonal charges for this service so it is essentially free of charge.
To send WEEE back to us please print off our WEEE Returns Form. Full terms and conditions are listed on this sheet so please read carefully. Please click here for the WEEE regulations information sheet.
Further WEEE Information
The idea of WEEE is to make sure that we no longer just throw away electrical stuff into landfills. This is environmentally unfriendly and dangerous to human health as WEEE contains hazerdous chemicals and non-biodigradable substances so we need to dispose of such stuff in a better fashion, like recycling for instance. By sending WEEE back to us we pass it onto the experts who can dispose of, recycle or reuse WEEE properly.
You can tell if a product needs to be disposed of in accordance with WEEE regulations if you see the symbol here on the right somewhere on the product or on paperwork associated with the product. When you see this symbol your role here is to make sure that you do not just throw your WEEE away in the municipal waste but pass it on to the appropriate people.
Because watches are quite small you will noramlly have to look in the paperwork but it is probably safe to assume all watches are WEEE.
