Your Bank Details
When you place your order online, your bank details go to WorldPay. We will never actually see them, they will be stored by WorldPay under some extremely secure systems. However, do make sure that when you click the checkout button, there is the little secure padlock down in the bottom right of your explorer window. When you place an order and choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to your PayPal account to confirm the details. Again please make sure there is the little secure padlock down in the bottom right of your explorer window. If this is not the case please ring us on (+44) 0151 227 1614.
Only when you place an order with us by phone will we ever have access to your card details. Even in this case, we will simply forward them to WorldPay and destroy them onsite. The information that you write on the back of any cheques will obviously be given to the bank with your cheque.
Your Personal Details
We will never knowingly allow your personal details to be passed onto any third parties unless in response to an authorised legal request. Your information will be stored on a secure server with limited access, and will be used solely for the purpose of completing your order and processing any returns.

Access to Information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act you can request access to all of the information that we hold about you. Requests under this legislation should be made in writing and will incur an administrative charge. Any incorrect information can be corrected by written request.
Emails
Unless you otherwise agree, we will never send emails to your email address unless they are solely in response to your order, or your query emails.
For those of you that agree to receive Zeitgeist information emails, we aim to send a maximum of twelve emails a year, with the sole purpose of informing you of ZeitGeist Watches and its products. You can unsubscribe at any time by either logging into your account or sending an email requesting that we unsubscribe your email address.
