All you need to do is choose the “Next Day Delivery” option when checking out, there is a fee to pay though for this premium service. We can also send a watch to you for a Saturday delivery which costs a bit more.If you choose to have your watch delivered by our standard free of charge service delivery will normally take between one to three working days. International delivery takes about 3-10 days. How much does delivery cost?Standard delivery on all purchases is free of charge in the UK.Premium levels of delivery service such as Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery cost an extra fee. Next Day Delivery costs £2.50 per watch. “Saturday Delivery” costs £5.00 per watch. International Delivery costs £6.00 per watch. Who will deliver my watch?The Royal Mail. These are the best guys in the UK for delivering to households.ReturnsCan I return a watch if I don’t like it?Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a watch you have 14 days to decide whether or not you like it.Remember, you can only return unwanted goods if they are in original condition and unworn. How long do I have to return a watch?If you receive a watch and you don’t like it you have 14 days from the day of receipt to send your watch back to us.If we do not receive your watch back within 14 days you will not be entitled to a full refund. At our discretion we may choose to offer you an exchange or credit note. Are you an Authorised Retailer?Is this watch genuine?Yes. We only sell genuine brand new watches. We are authorised retailers of all the watches we sell and only buy stock from reputable authorised dealers.All of the watches we sell are fully covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
