Payment Methods
Ordering over the Web

Ordering with ZG Watches over the internet is very easy. Simply browse our website, find the watch you love and add it to the cart, then press the checkout button. You will be asked to create an account where we need you to input your contact and card holders address details.

After that you get the option to confirm the order as well as changing the address to a more convenient delivery address. After confirming you understand the terms and conditions you can then choose a payment method. There are two methods of payment. If you have a PayPal account you can use this method or alternatively use a credit / debit card.

ZG Watches takes payment as soon as you place your order with us over the internet. This allows us to make the required security checks to protect everyone against fraud and identity theft.

As a further aid to fight fraud ZG Watches will never actually hold your card details, these will be held by WorldPay. We also have no access to your PayPal account. For more information on our Privacy Policy please click here

Credit / Debit Card Payments

The cards we accept are;

We use Worldpay for secure card payments For card payments we use the services of WorldPay. They will deal with your card details and payment authorisation. As soon as they have authorised a payment your order will come through to us. We will then issue a few security checks to protect legitimate card holders and ourselves against fraud so please remember to make sure that the details you provide us match up with those held by your card issuer or bank. As soon as all is deemed clear, we will process your order as normal.

If we believe the transaction to be fraudulent we will send you an email requesting you to send us further information proving that you are indeed the card holder. In most cases orders will be cleared but only delivered to the card holders address.

PayPal

We now also offer the services of PayPal for those of you lucky enough to have an account (we recommend that customers outside the UK use PayPal). If you do have a PayPal account it must be verified and the address you supply must be a confirmed address. Failure in either of these may result in your order being cancelled.

PayPal also offer eCheque payments, please remember that if you choose to pay in this method that funds can take up to 10days to clear. Your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared; obviously we will keep you updated in this case

Sorry I am a technophobe!

No problem! We know it can be a bit hard to trust the internet. You can place your order via mail order. Just print out Order Form. Fill it out in full and follow the instructions and we will deal with the rest once we have received your order. Our address and fax number are on the form for your convenience.

If you are paying by cheque please allow an extra week for your cheque to clear through. To speed things up, you can also send postal orders, bankers drafts or transfer the funds direct to us - our banking details are on the Order Form.
