Shipping watches outside the UK costs a little bit more, you will be advised how much this costs when you place your order. Delivery can take up to ten working days after dispatch but we would expect most parcels to arrive between three to five days. We use Royal Mail who offers a tracking service, if you need the tracking number please contact us and we will supply you with this information.

All of the prices listed on ZG Watches are in British sterling (GBP) and this is the only currency we currently accept. Refunds are also carried out in GBP so there may be a difference in the amount you pay and subsequently receive should you wish to return a watch to us.
