Tokyo Flash look to develop E-Paper concept


With the help of fans from around the world, a new Tokyo Flash watch is being developed through a consultative process on the company's website following a successful response to a concept.

The E-Paper Timing watch was released last week by the innovative organisation and was met with a lot of excitement from the fashionistas associated with the brand, with the organisation deciding to respond to this popularity with four separate designs for the interface.

The watch uses e-paper to show the time digitally through the use of negative space, with the organisation adding: "This design also vibrates to give message and call notifications from your cell phone, which appear on the screen via Bluetooth wireless technology."

Each idea incorporates these elements, though several of them are clearly designed in the classic Tokyo Flash style, confusing any people not familiar with the watch's way of telling the time.

Tokyo Flash has released numerous concepts over the last few weeks, including watches, webcams, speakers and Bluetooth devices.
