G-Shock and Tokyo Flash watches are 'great last-minute presents'

With Christmas fast approaching, many people will still be struggling with what to get their loved ones, yet one source has revealed that wrist watches are truly the way to go this festive period.

Leading gadgetry website Gizmodo explained that a pair of companies in particular - Tokyo Flash and Casio's G-Shock range - are particularly attractive options for those wondering which brands to go for first.

Tokyo Flash wrist watches are brilliant because they are so hard to read despite their wonderful style, it was said, with the wide range providing a strange glimpse into time for most wearers.

However, it is the other brand which is particularly applauded, with Gizmodo explaining: "Casio's G-Shock watches withstand serious abuse and drowning, so excuses like 'Oh, I broke my watch' won't exactly fly. And uh, neon green's a real hard colour to ignore."

Casio has announced a number of G-Shock watches in November, with each one using atomic timekeeping, self-adjusting hands or clocks to remain synchronised, as well as solar panels and rechargeable batteries. ADNFCR-2637-ID-19485272-ADNFCR
