Christmas is sorted: watches are the way, says expert


The trend for wrist watches has been created out of the fascination for the evolution of the accessory after its replacement by other modern-day tools, according to one Christmas shopping expert.

Shoptoit.ca, a Canadian specialist in gifts for others, explained that while laptops and mobile phones have replaced traditional timekeeping practices, it was pocket watches and small wrist watches which impressed men and women respectively prior to such technology - and they are becoming popular again.

Those looking for the best trends will find that it is the least conventional watches which are the most popular, such as those offered by Tokyo Flash.

The website noted that while many organisations still continue to produce classic wrist watches, designers of such things as Tokyo Flash watches are really going out of their way to make them as unconventional as possible.
