Old-school Timex wrist watch is 'beautiful'

The retro look continues to dominate a lot of fashion-forward individuals' wardrobes this season, so the addition of a throwback Timex wrist watch to the range will likely excite many of them.

In a preview by Retro To Go, the Timex 80 Calculator Watch follows in the footsteps of Timex's 80, a digital wrist watch which came in a number of bright neon colours reflecting the decade's style.

The news provider continued: "Like the original, it offers all the basic digital functionality with a distinctly 80s twist but this version throws in a calculator, perfect for a quick bit of arithmetic or for writing rude words on that mini screen."

With a nicely-moulded and functional strap, the Timex wrist watch uses clean lines to prove that it could be the design classic that many timepiece fans are demanding on a smaller budget.

Timex has been raising its profile in recent years, taking the main sponsorship of the New York Giants' training centre in New Jersey, while also providing the official timekeeping for the American football team.
