Nooka proud of exposure in Fashion Week


Wrist watch company Nooka has expressed its pride at being showcased in a major clothes show by a leading fashion brand.

Many of Monarchy's models at this year's New York Fashion Week were sporting Nooka watches as they made their way down the catwalk.

According to Matthew Waldman, creator of the Nooka line of products, Monarchy clothes are particularly popular with the "Hollywood elite".

Writing on his blog, he said Nooka felt "privileged" to be featured in the event, which he described as "quite a show".

Mr Waldman added that the fashion show featured great music and gave him the opportunity to catch up with old friends.

However, he lamented that his photographs of models sporting Nooka watches turned out too blurry for him to use on his blog.

This comes shortly after Mr Waldman praised veteran R&B group boyz II men for wearing Nooka wrist watches in a recent photo shoot.
