Women will 'love a watch on the weekend'

The usual items are bought for Valentine's Day by most people, whether they be putting money into chocolates, flowers or jewellery, though there is a limit on how many times these work well, it is believed.

Clear Web Services expert Ian Spencer said Valentine's Day "can sometimes be a little old-fashioned and corny" with the lack of variety of ideas for the big day, though wrist watches may be the best way to truly impress a loved one.

He continued: "Buying a loved one a watch is a fantastic gift idea and shows just how much you care. This Valentine's Day, consider buying a watch for your loved one, it could just be the perfect gift."
