Victoria Beckham sports Â£3,000 Rolex

Victoria Beckham has never been one to follow understated fashion trends, so her latest public appearance should come as no surprise.

The fledgling fashion designer was spotted attending a parents' fair at her kids' school in Los Angeles this week wearing an over the top leather ensemble consisting of a jacket with pointy shoulder pads and studded trousers.

As if her outfit and six inch-high heels by Yves Saint Laurent were not extravagant enough, however, the mum-of-three donned the glitziest wrist watch that is likely to have ever been worn on school grounds.

The piece of bling in question was a £3,000 gold Rolex watch, which is sure to have caught all of the other mums' attention.

Including the wrist watch, Posh's entire ensemble was worth a total £11,500, according to the Daily Mail.

This comes after a Patek Philippe wrist watch sold for a massive $1.2 million (£760,000) at a New York City auction this week, proving that the former Spice Girl is not the only fan of high-end timepieces.
