MT-G Casio watch 'strikes perfect balance'

This week has seen the launch of a number of Casio watches, with the MT-G being the most recent addition to the well-respected G-Shock line of timepieces.

The Metal Twisted G-Shock watch, also known as the MT-G, features the Multi-Band 6 Atomic Timekeeping technology which is now standard in all of the company's wrist watches and harnesses lightweight aluminium hands reinforced with a brass joining ring and two-piece shock dispersing bezel construction to boost accuracy and performance.

The analogue offering also has 200M water resistance, Neo-Brite luminous hands and markers, 29-city world time, a 1/100-second chronograph and daily alarm function to ensure the best experience possible.

Vice-president of the Timepiece Division at Casio Shigenori Itoh said: "We are thrilled to introduce the technologically advanced MTG1100-1A. A functional, fashion-forward accessory for the gentleman who wants both boardroom sophistication and rugged technology in one watch."

Earlier this year, Casio G-Shock watches collaborated with the "irreverent and iconic" Redman, a rapper who is a "classic and durable brand", much like the wrist watches the company makes.
