Casio watches are 'simple yet attractive'

2010 signals another year in fashion, meaning that people are looking for the newest accessory to keep themselves entertained with - and one writer has the perfect idea for wrists everywhere.

Jay Carter of 24 Hour Hip Hop explained that the G-Shock is still turning heads, noting that the "street stylings" of the Casio watch brand are gradually becoming more contemporary.

However, it is the bonds with Edifice that are particularly catching his attention, with the brand being a must-have for the new year.

"Two new watches will be produced within a set that finds inspiration from British design, while celebrating Edifice's 15th anniversary," Mr Carter said.

He continued: "I think it's simple yet fly, both timepieces feature mostly white platforms with added stripe and polka dot motifs on the bands."

Earlier last year, Mr Cartoon, the leading celebrity tattooist for hip hop and rap artists across the world, collaborated with Casio watches to produce a new line of G-Shocks.
