Casio Edifice ambassador 'has eyes on racing title'

Wrist watch ambassador Sebastian Vettel is competing for a runners-up title in a Formula One championship.

The Casio Edifice representative said he is preparing an "all-out attack" as he fights to get second place in the Formula One race in Abu Dhabi.

He cannot come top, following the success of Jenson Button in Brazil, but is still determined to secure the best possible place left.

The Red Bull racer has 74 points, which puts him ahead of Brazilian Rubens Barrichello, a Brawn driver.

In related news, Timex is sponsoring the New York Marathon this weekend.

One participant is Paula Radcliffe, who recently told the BBC that running in New York is different to running in London.

She explained that the Big Apple lacks the good tarmac of the Big Smoke and has more concrete and potholes.

Ms Radcliffe also noted that the metal grid of the bridge leading into the Bronx is "pretty hard on your feet".
