Yanko Design amazes with maze wrist watch

Love Tokyo Flash watches? Then you'll likely love a new offering from Yanko Design, even if it is only a concept.

The Maze of Time may not be directly associated with the Japan-based technology specialists, though it works in a way that would often be attributed to their counterparts: embracing four separate rectangles inside one another that work around and over one another to give the user the time in an individualistic digital layout.

Rectangles in yellow, blue, red and green are able to tell the time: the first two give the hour and the smaller pair provide the minutes.

"The Maze of Time watch uses colours in a kaleidoscopic way to represent the time," said Yanko Design. "Kinda Tokyo Flash-esque and time to get your grey cells working!"

Andy Kurovets was the designer of the offering and has also created other offerings for Yanko such as the Liquid Time and Lock Your Time, as well as a concept Alessi watch or two which projects lasers onto the arm of its owner.
