Pixie Lott to promote Baby-G watches


The company behind the Baby-G watch has recruited pop star Pixie Lott to front its adverts for the product.

According to Casio Europe, the singer has already stormed the singles charts in the UK and is set to become equally popular in mainland Europe.

The firm is supporting the star on her upcoming tour in countries such as Germany, where she will be sure to treat audiences to songs such as her smash hit Mama Do.

Harald Schroder, spokesman for Casio Europe, commented: "With her contagious exuberance and her hip performance, she's a perfect match for the music and fashion lovers of the Baby-G target group."

Indeed, the company said that both Pixie Lott and the Baby-G watch are currently in vogue and present the "true glamour factor".

Mr Schroder added that the wrist watch manufacturer is very pleased to be able to support the newest star in the pop world.

Lott replaced noted wrist watch fan Jay-Z at the top of the UK singles chart this week with her latest record Boys and Girls.
