Simplicity is easy, in fact it’s so easy almost anybody can do it. And indeed a whole load of people do easy, but most do in an ugly fashion. Not here though, not with Issey Miyake! The designer, Naoto Fukasawa, wanted to make a watch that was ultimately minimalist in feel but with a strong character. The key in this was the removal of all markings on the face and replacing them with angles on case crystal. Neat eh!
